What are my options for postage and shipping?SENDING ART AS A GIFT You can place an order and have it shipped direct to another person. Add a personalised message in the order notes and I will hand write a card and send with the artwork. WITHIN DUNEDIN, NZ. If you're in Dunedin you can collect your prints in person, just choose "collect" in the postage option and message me to arrange a time. WITHIN NZ You can combine postage for prints as long as they are all being sent to the same address. With prints you are automatically only charged one freight charge regardless of how many you buy. Prints are dispatched using standard post with tracking. If you would like another option (such as courier with signature) please email me to arrange (extra postage costs apply). *Please note: Standard postal service cannot deliver to a business address. Please ensure you provide a residential address. Delivery to business addresses must be sent by courier which incurs an additional cost of $7-$15. Prints up to A4 size are posted flat. So if all of your prints are A4 or smaller they will be sent together in a flat package. A3 prints are rolled into a poster tube to post. If you purchase an A3 size and a smaller print they will all be rolled up and placed inside the poster tube for mailing. OUTSIDE NZ Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping prices stated for prints are for basic postage including tracking. For Courier or Insured options please email me for a special quote. If your country is not listed please email me and I can arrange pricing for your area.

I want more information about Art PrintsFrom paper and ink types to there's a lot to discover so you can make an informed choice. That's why you'll find a full article about it on the blog! (See "Blog" in the menu at the top of the page). FRAMED PRINTS The type of framing you choose depends on your own style preferences (ie, modern, vintage, traditional, colourful) and the look of the space you want to hang the artwork in, so its better that you talk to your local framer and get a frame you love. For this reason I don't sell pre-framed prints. It also means you'll be shopping locally and that's always a good thing! How can I pay for my items?You can pay via Paypal with your Credit Card or you can deposit cash directly into my account, whichever is easiest for you.

How do I find out about latest print releases and new paintings?SOCIAL MEDIA I update my Instagram and Facebook pages with 'work in progress' photos on a regular basis. Click on the links at the bottom of the page to connect. SUBSCRIBE TO MY NEWSLETTER Be the first to see new work by subscribing to my newsletter using the form at the bottom of the page. Gabby Mckenzie Artist retains all image copyrights. Artworks or reproductions of artworks by Gabby Mckenzie Artist cannot be replicated, reproduced, duplicated or distributed without the express written permission of Gabby Mckenzie. Gabby Mckenzie Artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are stated at check out and are for Standard Postage with Tracking only. Freight costs shown for paintings are a basic charge. If you would like to discuss your shipping options and charges please email gabbymckenzieartist@gmail.com prior to finalising your purchase online.
To enquire about specific types of freight (i.e, courier, insured paintings) please email me directly. Items sent internationally without insurance are sent at the purchaser’s risk.
Shipping costs will only be charged once for multiple items of similar size.
Items cannot be shipped to Post Office box addresses.
If you require an item to be shipped to a location not specified on the site please email gabbymckenzieartist@gmail.com to obtain a quote for shipping costs.
RETURNS & CANCELLED ORDERS
Cancellation of your order prior to it being dispatched will result in a full refund of the price paid (including shipping cost). If the item has been shipped - please follow ‘Returns’ terms below.
If you would like to return an item it must be received within 20 days of the original purchase date. Please notify me of your intention to return the product so I can provide the correct postal address to you. Email gabbymckenzieartist@gmail.com to discuss your return.
A full refund of the purchase price will be paid within 5 business days of receipt of the product (excluding shipping costs). The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any tracking cost to ensure the parcel can be traced if it does not arrive to its destination. Please package your return carefully as the item must arrive in perfect resalable condition to receive a full refund of the item price. If returned goods are damaged, any refund payable by Gabby Mckenzie Artist is forfeited.
